STATION POWER SERVICE    “SPS” APPLICABILITY

To Member-Owners which take electric service at any transmission voltage, at one point of delivery and measured through one meter, subject to the rules and regulations of Carbon.

Three-phase, 60 hertz, at 34.5kV and above or other standard transmission voltage approved by Carbon.

AVAILABILITY

All Member-Owners located in the territory served by Carbon where the delivery point is at a substation not owned by Carbon.

RATE:

Facility Charge:            $120.00 per month.

Demand Charge:          See Retail Rate Summary, for current rate. Energy Charge:        See Retail Rate Summary, for current rate.

MINIMUM BILL

The monthly minimum charge, is the higher of the following charges:

1. The facility charge.

2. As specified in the contract for electric service

DETERMINATION OF DEMAND

The billing demand shall be the demand established by the Member-Owner for the fifteen (15) consecutive minutes during the month coincident with the wholesale supplier’s generation and transmission billing demand during the month for which the bill is rendered, as indicated or recorded by a demand meter.

DETERMINATION OF PAYMENT

All bills for electric service are due and payable 15 days from the date of the bill. A one-and-one- half percent (1.5%) penalty will be added to the monthly billed amount if not paid within fifteen

(15) days from the date of the bill.

Member-Owners served under the Station Power Service rate will be required to sign a minimum five (5) year contract.
